1923(P) is common in all grades short of gem. The latter are available but scarce.
The quality of strike will vary from good to excellent. While a few weakly struck examples may be found, most coins of this issue are sharp but not quite fully struck. The luster of 1923(P) nickels is almost uniformly outstanding.
