This five-medal set includes one each of the 2009 1 5/16 inch First Spouse Bronze Medals which bear the likenesses of this year's First Spouse Gold Coins. The medals are packaged in Mylar, inserted into a folded card, which contains product information, and placed in a custom-made envelope. The five medals in this set feature Anna Harrison, Letitia Tyler, Julia Tyler, Sarah Polk and Margaret Taylor.

Anna Harrison: The obverse, designed by United States Mint Artistic Infusion Program Associate Designer Donna Weaver and sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Joseph Menna, features a portrait of Anna Harrison. The reverse, designed by United States Mint Artistic Infusion Program Master Designer Thomas Cleveland and sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Charles L. Vickers, depicts her sharing in her passion for teaching with students from her school.

Letitia Tyler:The obverse, designed and sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Phebe Hemphill, features a portrait of Letitia Tyler. The reverse, designed by United States Mint Artistic Infusion Master Designer Susan Gamble and sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Norman E. Nemeth, depicts her with her children at the Cedar Grove Plantation where they were born.

Julia Tyler:Both the obverse and reverse were designed by United States Mint Artistic Infusion Master Designer Joel Iskowitz and sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Don Everhart. The obverse features a portrait of Julia Tyler. The reverse depicts the President and Julia Tyler dancing at a White House ball.

Sarah Polk: Both the obverse and reverse were designed and sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Phebe Hemphill. The obverse features a portrait of Sarah Polk, while the reverse depicts Mrs. Polk working in the White House in support of her husband's political career.

Margaret Taylor: The obverse, designed by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Phebe Hemphill and sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Charles L. Vickers, features a portrait of Margaret Taylor. The reverse, designed by United States Mint Artistic Infusion Associate Designer Mary Beth Zeitz and sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Jim Licaretz, depicts her helping an injured soldier during the Seminole War.
