The coins are mounted on a display card inside an envelope with a U.S. A Flag for All Seasons (Forever) stamp. The cover also features a portrait of President Hoover, and a postmark of July 10, 2014, West Branch, IA, marks the day the Herbert Hoover $1 Coin Cover was issued by the U.S. Mint.
These coins display large, dramatic artwork and edge-incused inscriptions of the year of minting or issuance, "E PLURIBUS UNUM," and the mint mark. Each coin features a likeness of Hoover on the obverse (heads) with the inscriptions "HERBERT HOOVER," "IN GOD WE TRUST," "31st PRESIDENT," and "1929-1933."
