2002 - Tennessee First Day Coin Cover (Q25)

The United States Mint is now selling the 2002 Tennessee Official First Day Coin Cover. This limited edition cover-only 75,000 will be produced-features two Tennessee quarters from the first day of mintage, December 10, 2001. Each cover includes quarters from both the Philadelphia and Denver mint facilities on a handsome display card with the 34-cent United We Stand postage stamp. The postmark of January 2, 2002, Memphis, Tennessee, marks the day the Tennessee quarters were first released to the Federal Reserve Bank and to the public.
