Policies

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.  Lifetime "Guarantee of Authenticity" on all coins.

Shipping Policy

  • You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
  • All products are shipped USPS with delivery Confirmation.
  • Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-5 business days.
  • Shipping Charges
    • Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce or pound.
  • International Orders
    • We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Cancellations

  • If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Returns policy.

Returns Policy

  • Non Refundable Items:
    • Items that have been altered

    • Coins removed from their original holders

    • Rolls of coins that have been opened

    • Absolutely no refunds will be given for bullion related products (gold, silver and platinum) as any change in the live commodities market can directly influence its value.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu, select the propper Invoice, and click the Item(s) under the "Create return request" We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • Please note:
    • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
    • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
    • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
    • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
    • There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.
  • In case following conditions are not met ArnoldCoin.Com reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
    • the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase
    • items and packaging must be received in new condition
    • the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
    • packaging must include all original items, envelopes, Certificates, etc.
    • return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Back-order Policy

  • If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. If we cannot supply the back-ordered items within 30 days, we will refund the amount charged for the item(s). Products on back-order will be shipped using the shipping method you chose. If you would like to change your shipping method, please send email via the Contact Us page and we will change it for you.

Out of Stock Policy

  • The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.

  • Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.

  • Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.

  • Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.
