The 2005 Minnesota First Day Coin Cover is the 32nd in the series. This limited-edition cover -- only 50,000 will be produced -- features two Minnesota quarter dollars from the first day of mintage, March 14, 2005.
Each cover includes quarters from both the United States Mint at Philadelphia and Denver on a handsome display card with the 37-cent United States Flag postage stamp. The postmark of April 4, 2005, Lake City, Minnesota, marks the day the Minnesota Quarter Dollars were first released to the Federal Reserve Bank and to the public.
