The 2009 Puerto Rico Official First Day Coin Cover is the second coin cover in a series featuring the 2009 District of Columbia and U.S. Territories Quarters.
This limited-edition cover - only 25,000 will be produced - features two Puerto Rico quarters from the first day of mintage - February 3, 2009 (Philadelphia), and February 2, 2009 (Denver), on a handsome display card with one of the four U.S. 42-cent Flags 24/7 stamps. The postmark of March 30, 2009, San Juan, PR, marks the day the Puerto Rico quarters were first released to the public.
