The 2005 Kansas Official First Day Coin Cover is the 34th in the series. This limited-edition cover -- only 50,000 will be produced -- features two Kansas quarter dollars from the first day of mintage, July 18, 2005.

Each cover includes two quarters, one each from the United States Mint at Philadelphia and Denver, on a handsome display card with the 37-cent United States Flag postage stamp. The postmark of August 29, 2005, Buffalo, Kansas, marks the day the Kansas quarter dollars were first released to the Federal Reserve Bank and to the public.
