The 2011 Andrew Johnson $1 Coin Cover is the 17th issue in the series, which began in 2007. This limited-edition cover – only 22,000 will be produced – features two Andrew Johnson $1 Coins from the first day of production at each United States Mint facility – December 22, 2010 (Philadelphia) and December 15, 2010 (Denver). The coins are mounted on a handsome display card inside an envelope with a U.S. 44-cent Flag postage stamp. Additionally, the cover features a portrait of President Johnson in front of an American flag. The postmark of February 17, 2011, Greeneville, TN, marks the day the Andrew Johnson $1 Coins were first released into circulation.
