The 2012 Benjamin Harrison $1 Coin Cover is the 23rd issue in the series, which began in 2007. This limited-edition cover - only 22,000 will be produced - features two Benjamin Harrison $1 Coins from the first day of production at each United States Mint facility - April 26, 2012 (Philadelphia) and April 20, 2012 (Denver). The coins are mounted on a handsome display card inside an envelope with one of the five U.S. 45-cent Weather Vane postage stamps. Additionally, the cover features a portrait of President Harrison, and the postmark of September 18, 2012, Indianapolis, IN, marks the day the Benjamin Harrison $1 Coin Cover was issued by the United States Mint.
