The 1999 Pennsylvania Official First Day Coin Cover. This limited edition features two Pennsylvania quarters from the first day of mintage, February 22, 1999.

Each cover includes quarters from both Philadelphia and Denver mints on a handsome display card with a 33 cent flag over city postage stamp. The postmark of March 8, 1999, Harrisburg, PA, marks the day the Pennsylvania quarters were first released to the Federal Reserve Bank and to the public.
